Shipping took forever. FedEx had to reprint the shipping label because it was unreadable. The plates finally arrived and thankfully none were damaged.

Reviews impact our little shops so much I just wanted to have the chance to explain, I take such pride in my orders and really try to do the best to make sure my customers are pleased, I packaged our order so carefully and hand delivered it to FedEX in perfect condition, label was printed perfectly as I always double check that. I understand that FedEX takes a little longer some times by a day or two but they seem to handle the packages with such care that I use them for larger orders. You placed your order on the 12th and packed and shipped it on the 13th,so it would arrive timely, which it actually arrived in just over one a week, and thankfully all the 10 plates arrived in perfect order, plus free shipping. I hope you will enjoy them. Thank you.
