Do you need your order urgently? No problem…
With express production, we will manufacture your ordered item with priority, within 1-2 working days.
(Orders must be received by 11 a.m., working days = Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Express production applies to ONE item only! If you wish to order two or more items via express production, you must select the same quantity for each item.
Please note that this option has NO influence on the delivery time provided by DHL. Delivery time for domestic shipping with DHL is usually 1-2 business days and cannot be influenced by us.
Timely delivery can never be 100% guaranteed, as the item is no longer in our hands once it has been dispatched.
Express processing requires that all important information regarding the product's manufacturing process, as well as the complete delivery address, be provided. Any queries or subsequent changes (if still possible) may delay shipping.
If express processing is not possible, you will be informed as soon as possible and the surcharge will be refunded.
