ABOUT OUR DECALS:

COLORS:
When selecting a color for your personalized wall decal, please reference the color chart in the listing photos. Our wall decals are made in the USA with the highest quality, matte-finish vinyl manufactured specifically for home decor. Your decal will look hand painted on once applied.

SIZING:
Listed sizes are for TOTAL height and width of the decal. Height is calculated from top to bottom (upper most point of the design, down to the lowest point), and width from left to right.

WHAT TO APPLY THEM TO:
Our decals will adhere to almost any smooth surface including walls, windows, mirrors, floors, cabinets, plexiglass, chalkboards, wood, foambords, and more! Our decals can easily be removed without damage to your surface or paint. While our decals are removable, they are not re-usable.

We do not advise using decals on fabrics or spandex arch covers. They work best when applied to hard/solid surfaces like those we listed above. While we do have some buyers who manage to make this work, we cannot be held responsible or refund for decals when applied to cloth/spandex. Buyer assumes all risk in this scenario.

PROOFS:
We do not send proofs as a standard practice, as this is part of what keeps our turnaround times fast and prices lower. We do offer proofing for an additional small fee. The proofing feel listing can be found in our shop. Just add this to cart along with the decal you are purchasing if you desire a proof first. Please allow additional 24 hr turnaround time for proofing.

Our decals are all custom cut to each buyer's specifications (color, size, names, dates, etc) after the orders are placed. Due to the customized, personalized and made to order nature of our products, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges.

Please see our FAQ's for additional information before ordering.

We weren’t able to get the decal to stick to the material unfortunately. We tried everything and ended up transferring the decal to a clear plastic bag and pinned the plastic bag to the material but it looked not pretty. Maybe it would be good for you to advertise that the decal doesn’t stick to cloth material so people don’t spend their money on a decal and look for other methods to accomplish their projects. Although the shipping was fast and your service was excellent. God bless.

Response from Bridgett LaFevers

We are sorry to hear this. The decals are not designed to stick to fabrics, and we do note this in our listings, policies, FAQ’s and shop home page introduction. We are also here to answer questions at anytime and always reply quickly to inquires. We thank you for your order and feedback. -CVB, Inc.
