Processing Time and Shipping Times are not the same. Processing Time is the time we need to create your item. Shipping Time is the time the USPS takes to deliver. During the Holiday Season expect shipping times to be at least 30% slower. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS. Shopping with us, you are acknowledging that you understand that once a package leaves us and is scanned into the system, we are not responsible for delays by the shipping carriers. We will help you and help track your package and, in some cases, we will open a case with USPS to help expedite the investigation process to help find your package. If, after 30-days, your package does not show up, we will issue a refund for the lost item.

What If My Bracelet Doesn't Fit Correctly?

We realize that bracelet sizing can be tricky so we will work with you to make sure your bracelet fits perfectly. If the bracelet is too big or too small when you receive it, we will gladly resize it for you at no extra cost! Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping, we'll pay for the shipping back to you as a courtesy.

**How to Measure Your Wrist for Proper Bracelet Size**
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around the smallest part of your wrist then add half an inch.
If you don't have a flexible measuring tape, wrap a string around the smallest part of your wrist then measure it flat against a ruler
then add half an inch.

EXAMPLE: If you measured 6.5” snug against the smallest part of your wrist, add half an inch and order a size 7” for a comfortable fit.
For a snug fit, just order the size you measured.
