Do your frames come with glass?

Yes, our frames come with glass, backing, and hangers for hanging landscape and horizontal. Frames larger than 20x24 come with acrylic rather than glass, for safety during shipping. Hangers are pre-installed on most styles 16x20 and smaller, while larger frames include D-Rings and wire that can be installed for vertical or horizontal hanging.

What type of wood is used to make your frames?

Since we are located in the middle of the Pine Belt here in Mississippi, we use locally sourced Southern Yellow Pine.

We ship to the lower 48, also known as contiguous United States, and we are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and other United State territories. We use FedEx to ship most of our orders, and we usually need a physical address to ship your order. We are unable to ship to APO boxes, as our carrier does not deliver to APO addresses.

Our frames are sized by the image or mat they will hold. If your photo or matboard is 8x10", you would need an 8x10" frame. Our frames have a lip of approximately .25", which holds the glass, and covers a small portion. This means your front view space will be approximately .5" less than the dimensions of the frame i.e. 7.5x9.5". The outer dimensions will vary based on the frame style you choose.

Custom and personalized orders

We offer custom sizes to the nearest .25" on all of our frame styles. However, we are unable to alter sizes once ordered. If you would like a custom size not listed on our site, please reach out before ordering and we will be happy to make a quote and custom listing for you!

How long does it take to get my order?

We make all of our frames to order, with a current lead time of 3-5 business days. As soon as your order is ready, our shippers carefully check and package it to leave our workshop in central Mississippi. Our normal ship time is 2-5 business days, depending on shipping location.

Most of our frames are designed for hanging. Frames with a stand can be found in our "Tabletop/Standing Frames" section. However, none of our frames have an easelback. These frames will come with a drilled hole and dowel rod, as pictured in listing, or an easel back option, depending on the style and size of the frame.

Frames up to 20x24 include real glass, backing, and hangers. Frames larger than 20x24 include plexiglass for safety. This frame is currently made to hang, unless easelback is chosen: available in sizes 4x6, 5x7, & 8x10.

We can make almost any size that you need, including the most common sizes, such as 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 10x10, 12x12, 11x14, and 16x20. Contact us with any questions or requests for a special size that we do not have listed.

You can choose the size you need, or change the color in the dropdown menu on the right.

Frame size is determined by the size artwork or mat the frame will hold. For example, if your artwork or mat is 8x10, choose an 8x10 frame. Check out our shop for mat options!

The visible area of the artwork will be approximately 1/2 inch smaller than the size of the frame. For example, the approximate visible area of an 8x10 frame is 7.5x9.5, due to the lip of the frame that holds in the glass and artwork.
