Seller made it seem like they would help me by answering questions and agreed to show me pictures of their work as well as them performing the procedure so I could see. They then stopped replying and when I followed up they said I would have to pay $300 for something they initially agreed on without mentioning a price. Don’t bother with this seller. Invest in real training. Even if you have prior training in some areas like I did, this manual is not worth anything and only provides basic information.

Firstly, I want to express our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction you may have experienced. However, upon reviewing our message thread, I answered every question promptly with the exception of my availability (because of a family emergency). It was improper of you to assume that 1:1 training and certification would be facilitated at no cost to you. Furthermore I provided you with dates and times for future virtual training and you never responded. Your opinion about my product is subjective as others have found it to be informative and easy to understand.
