Mood Empowerment Mist has been created with perimenopause and menopause relief in mind. This menopause cooling spray will help with hot flushes, balancing hormones and also support PMS symptoms. The essential oils within this Mist have amazing properties known to support hormonal changes encountered during the perimenopause. It is menopause survival in a spray!

The aromatherapy essential oils in this beautiful, floral spray are:

Clary Sage is my top choice for supporting many symptoms of the menopause. It is ideal to use for many symptoms, such as hot flushes, mood swings & fatigue.

Geranium is an emotionally soothing and balancing oil. It has a close affinity with the female system. It is one of my top oils in supporting hormonal changes and it smells beautiful too!

Lavender is beautifully calming, soothing and can support a range of symptoms of the menopause. I call it a wonder oil due to its extensive support of both the mind and the body.

Hydrosols also known as flower waters are created during the distilling process when extracting essential oils from plants. Rose hydrosol can be used to help balance hormones and is wonderful to use on the skin.

Ingredients: Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Rose Hydrosol (Rosa Damask), Polysorbate 20.

Directions of use: Shake well before use. Spray around you, your room, or pillow. Inhale deeply, close your eyes and breathe in the relaxing and balancing scent.
