I ship worldwide with the Portuguese Post, CTT. All items are shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment (except where otherwise duly noted with the exception of weekends and public holidays). I send items by registered post, to be sure they will reach their destination.
Regular orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually I go twice a week to the Post Office.
Post Office are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

You can expect your package to arrive between 3-10 business days if you are based within Europe and 8-20 business days if you are based outside Europe. (This is of course not excluding any unforeseen delays ie. customs, Holiday rush, extreme weather conditions, etc.)
Products send to Europe will arrive in a week, and to Portugal will arrive on the day after the posted date. I will send you shipping details when your item has been sent. I send you the tracking number and you can follow your order if you are from an European Country. For the USA, you have to ask tracking details in your local post office.

If your packing order is very destroyed when it reaches you, please DO NOT receive it. That's the only possible way that I can make a complaint.

Please check for the shipping price and delivery time when you want to purchase.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I can't be responsible for costs and delays related with customs.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or any other reason not controlled by myself.

Please keep in mind that some countries charge customs fees and extra taxes upon arrival. This is a fee that the customer is responsible for; unfortunately I have no way of calculating which countries and which items will receive additional duties or taxes (if at all) and is solely based on each countries laws and regulations.

If the order comes back to me, I can't be responsible for this.
When this happens, I will contact the costumer to solve the situation. Either I will ship it again (the buyer has to pay again, the shipping costs); or I will make a refund (except the shipping costs, even when included in the item price).
If in 6 months time (since the shipping date), buyers don't answer my messages, I WILL NOT make ANY REFUND.

Feedbacks are very important to me. I always worry when my packs are in the post, so it would be nice to know when they reached you. It would be also nice to know whether you liked them. :)

I do not have ANY product that can be used as a toy for babies or children. Even baby accessories, should have adult supervision. Nappies and bibs should not be left during baby sleep.
All packaging and filling materials should be recycled and NOT given to babies or kids, they can be dangerous.
