Yes, I ship to Germany. Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register) In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap). Kolour Cafe is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE4645360404606. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY. As consumers, please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers.

Do you have a tracking number for my order?

All orders are sent vis Royal Mail. Local: - Standard Delivery First Class) = no tracking number - Signed For First Class = has tracking BUT only gets updated once Royal Mail delivers your item. It does not tell you where your item currently is. - Royal Mail Special Delivery = this is their only service that provides FULL tracking - which tells you exactly where your items are at each point of contact. International: - Standard Delivery = no tracking number - International Tracked and Signed = this option provides FULL tracking - which tells you exactly where your items are at each point of contact.

What is your current processing period and can you make my order sooner?

As of March 10th, 2023, the standard current processing period is 1 week (7 working days) unless they are custom-made. Due to the fact that I run the shop alone and the volume of orders I get, this is the most realistic time frame that I can give myself in order to accomodate and process orders fairly and properly. Custom-designed inserts and dividers have a processing period of two weeks. I do not offer expedited production for any items so please consider this before placing your order. Please be kind, I am not Amazon, nor do I have staff to help me out. This is something I do out of my love for planners and stationery. x

Can I add items to my order so I don't have to pay shipping twice?

I am unable to amend existing orders once they are placed. If you would like to add more items and have me combine them, please message me on the Etsy messenger so I am aware. You would then need to place another order and I would be happy to refund you the shipping cost for one order. Both orders will then be combined in one package.

When can I expect my item to be shipped and when does it arrive?

My shop's processing period is one week (7 working days). Prior to purchasing an item from any shop on Etsy, you are able to see a timeline of when that item will be shipped and when you can expect it to arrive. You can find this at the bottom of each page/item listing. Please note however, that expected arrival time is an estimation, and does not consider possible delays with customs and/or couriers.

Etsy's estimated date says my order should have arrived today. It's not here yet.

Please remember that Etsy's estimated delivery dates are just that, estimates. This is not connected to the courier's system and are rough estimates based on what the standard processing period for the mode of shipment you have chosen. It does not take into consideration delays and other factors.
