When will my order ship?

☁️ Because our products are created just for you soon after you complete your purchase, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to ship. ☁️ Need your order by a certain date? I will do my best to ship your order out quickly for you if it is needed in a hurry. I cannot make a definite guarantee that your order will arrive by the deadline needed if the time frame is steep - but I will bump your order to the front of my processing. Please indicate in the “Notes to Seller” section at checkout: -The date your order is needed by -Your shipping state and zip code I may need to message you on Etsy if your deadline is too steep or if I do not believe I can accommodate your deadline.

What is the shipping time like for your items?

☁️ Orders within the USA are shipped via the USPS and have an estimated delivery time of 4-5 business days depending on your location. This does not include the time it takes for me to process your order (3-5 business days), and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are close but not guaranteed, as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves my hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc). For this reason, I am not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by the USPS. ☁️ I offer a Priority Mail shipping upgrade at the time of purchase. When checking out, please select your preferred upgrade. Don’t forget to factor in weekends and holidays. 😊

What about international orders?

☁️ Orders outside of the US vary vastly, depending on your location. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if they are held in customs. Because I cannot control the speed at which processing occurs through your country’s customs officials, please understand that I am not responsible for shipping delays once the order leaves my hands. Though delays are not common, they do happen occasionally. ☁️ USPS tracking numbers for International orders only update within the United States, so once they leave the USA, the tracking can no longer be updated. From this point, your tracking will not update until the order has been delivered.

What if my order doesn't arrive by the expected date or is marked "undeliverable"?

☁️ If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please feel free to let me know. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc), so I may ask that you wait an additional week, just in case your order is caught up at a sorting facility. If after that your order has not arrived, I will do everything I can to work with you towards a solution. ☁️ If your address was entered incorrectly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as “Undeliverable” and will usually be shipped back to me. Once I receive your return order, I will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a re- shipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.

Do you accept returns?

☁️ Due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders. These orders cannot be resold, therefore, I ask that you please contact us with any questions before making a purchase. ☁️ For other items: If you didn’t absolutely love your order, I am happy to refund your purchase after the item arrives back to me. Please message me via Etsy within 14 days of the item's arrival. I do not cover your return shipping back to me. Once the order has arrived and I have inspected it for damage, I will issue a refund.

Do you offer any coupon codes? What about custom orders or gift wrapping?

☁️ Absolutely, I offer a special discount! Join the Lofty Lounge customer VIP club and you'll receive a code for 20% off your order. Claim your coupon here: https://bit.ly/LoftyLounge. Please note that Etsy does not allow multiple coupon codes to be combined. ☁️ Need a custom order? No problem! Please contact me with what you're looking for and I would be more than happy to create something special, just for you! ☁️ Unfortunately, I do not offer gift wrapping for my products at this time.
