I have amended my rating to 5 stars because of the tremendous response I have received from the seller. He is sending me a replacement for the glass base that I broke, and is going to take on board my comments about ways of amending how the tracker tube fits into the base so it is more secure. Hamid did this of his own accord, and I really thank him for his help.
