How long does it take for my order to be ready?

We usually process, print, and ship out orders within 1-3 business days.

My shipping address is incorrect

Please contact us within an hour of your purchase to update your shipping address. You will be responsible for payment of re sending items returned with an incorrect address.

Returns & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We allow returns/refunds for damaged/incorrect items ordered within 30 days upon receiving your package. Incorrect/Damaged Prints: Please contact us immediately if you received a print that is incorrect or damaged. Please send us photos of the item and packaging upon receiving your package. In case of damaged/incorrect orders, the shipping costs for returning/replacing the items will be fully covered by us (or a full refund issued).

How will my print be packaged?

Premium matte paper prints are shipped in flat cardboard rigid mailer.

How do I track my order?

We provide tracking information for every order as soon as your order has shipped. However, please note that the tracking information sometimes may not update until your local post office receives our package. This is out of our control as to how frequently the shipping information is updated in the courier's system. If your package is marked Delivered but hasn't shown up yet, please check with your housemates, neighbors and local mail carrier. Items usually show up in a day or two but please let us know if they don't.
