What kind of pen should I use?

Any pen works! We chose a wood that’s easy to write on. We recommend a pen that isn’t too inky, and every order includes a small wood sample so you can test your pen first as well as a QR code linking to a video with pen recommendations!

When will my order ship?

Your estimated ship-by date is in the Purchases section of your Etsy account. Many orders ship sooner, but never later than that date.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes! Add a rush to your order and we’ll ship it within 1–2 business days. You can find the rush listing within our shop or just send us a message and we can provide the link

Can I see my design before it’s made?

Absolutely! Just add “mockup please” to your personalization or note at checkout, and we’ll send you a free digital proof with one round of changes included. Proofs are optional, so orders without one go straight into production and ship sooner. Every order is still checked carefully for spelling and spacing before it’s made. Additional revisions or full style changes after the first proof are $3 each. If you decide not to move forward after receiving your proof, a $10 design fee applies.

My order says delivered but hasn't arrived

We’re so sorry! Every package ships with tracking. Once a package is marked delivered, we don’t receive any further information. Your local post office is the best place to help locate it, and we recommend checking with neighbors and around your mailbox too. Unfortunately, we’re unable to send replacements for packages marked delivered by USPS but Etsy does have a Buyer Protection Program that can further assist you if needed!

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Please message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible. We’re unable to offer replacements or refunds for issues reported after 7 days.

My order is delayed or tracking has not updated

Let us know and we’ll help! Signing up for text or email alerts on your tracking often gets it moving. We only print shipping labels once your order is packed and ready, so if a label shows as created, your order has definitely shipped. Most delays clear up on their own, so we can offer refunds or replacements for delayed packages only after 30 days from the ship date.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by December 15 for Christmas delivery with standard shipping. Need it closer to the holiday? Add a rush at checkout and message us. We’ll always do our best to help!
