All prints are produced by a professional photo lab on demand after an order is placed.

Unframed prints are typically ready to ship in 2-5 business days, although around the holidays, photo labs experience high volumes and turnaround time may be up to 8 business days. Framed prints may take up to 5-10 days for preparation.

Keychains and magnets are prepared and shipped within 2-4 business days.

USA: Standard Shipping uses a 3 to 6 Business Day service (FedEx Ground).
Keychains and magnets are shipped First Class USPS mail, 3-5 business days.

Please contact me via Etsy to inform me of the damage. Returns/refunds are not accepted for damaged items, however I will send a replacement order free of charge. In some cases, a photograph of the damage may be necessary.

If your order hasn't arrived 14 business days after the shipping date, please contact me.

Unframed prints can be returned within 3 days of delivery, but unfortunately I do not accept exchanges.

The following items cannot be returned for a refund: Custom prints or prints that are larger than 30x30 inches in size.

However, if your order has been damaged in transit or if there is a quality issue, please contact me to arrange for a replacement. You may be asked to provide a photo for proof of damage.

Keychains and magnets are returnable within 7 days of delivery.

I will ship your 3D glasses, two pairs per order, to your address free of charge and separate from your 3D print order. If you want the glasses sent to a different address, please specify in the comments. I will mail out your glasses within 2-3 days of your order.

They will be mailed via USPS First Class Mail, unless otherwise noted. I may have to charge an extra fee for any requested faster delivery.

3D Anaglyph Red/Cyan glasses are required to view the images on your screen to see them in 3D. If you already have the glasses, try them on and take a look! Otherwise, they will be seen as normal 2D images without glasses.

If you order a 3D print, you will receive 2 pair of glasses per order and then you can see more images in 3D in the future!
