We are authorized resellers of Brümate! Every Brümate cup is guaranteed authentic. We order directly from Brümate and we provide them directly to you.

Important Note about Care:
Engraved Brumates (as with other stainless steel water bottles) should not be run through a dishwasher under any circumstances. Lids/gaskets are okay! Please hand wash gently with dish soap using warm water. Exposing Brumates to high heat (including boiling water) may weaken or damage the vacuum seal inside the stainless bottle, which ruins the insulation and may cause leaks. Brumates are not microwave or oven safe.

Important Note about Screen Colors and Item Images:
Every bottle is created to order. Actual colors may vary from the way your screen or device displays color. The engraved bottle color is stainless under the powder coat exterior: we can't change that color.

Important Note about Shipping:
Standard mail time is 3-5 business days AFTER it leaves our workshop. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We cannot offer guarantees on arrival dates, nor will we offer refunds if the item does not make it on time. Shipping and logistics are beyond our control, but we will make every effort to get your items to you on time. If your item arrives and was damaged in shipping, please contact us so we can help you.

Important Note about Returns and Refunds:
We do not allow returns or refunds on non-custom items. For regular stock items, we only allow returns within 7 calendar days of the date that tracking shows delivered. All approved returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee All returns are to be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense and must be shipped within 3 business days of the return request. All returns must be unused, undamaged, still in their original packaging, and otherwise in the same condition received. No refunds will be issued if products are not returned, or are returned used or damaged prior to returning.
