So '90s! The Shelby sewing pattern by True Bias is a dress and/or romper with fantastic details: a deep V-neck, a full-length button placket, a swishy skirt/legs, and a tie at the back. Views A and B are the dress, and views C and D split the skrit into legs to make a romper. All views have short sleeves. This pattern features True Bias' signature versatility, with several different options that can be sewn into a playful summer outfit to an elegant, feminine sundress.
