Refunds and Exchanges

Custom made costumes or clothing are made to order based on the measurements you give me, so they are non refundable. However, if you have an issue with your order please contact me so we can discuss it. Please ensure you provide me with accurate measurements to help prevent fitting issues. If you need help to know how to take measurements just ask me and I'm more than happy to help! Cancellations are only accepted within the first 48 hours of purchase.

I am more than happy to work out a payment plan with you for any costume or item in my shop. The number of payments are flexible based on the cost of the item. A non refundable deposit is required if a commission space needs to be held to meet a specific deadline. The costume will not ship until the entire balance plus shipping is paid off in full. Please keep this in mind if I need to ship it by a certain date to meet your deadline.

Deadlines and Rush Orders

If you have a deadline you need an item by, please let me know. Most bigger commissions take me about two to three months to complete depending on the complexity and number of paid commissions ahead of you, but at this time it can take 6 months or more. Please message me if you have a deadline or to discuss if your item can be completed in the time you need it. Shorter costume deadlines may incur rush and express shipping charges. The cost depends on how fast you need it. Please message me first to make sure I have time to complete a rush order.

I will gladly ship worldwide, but please be aware I have no control on how long the parcel may be delayed in customs. Due to this, I cannot guarantee an arrival date, so please message me or order well in advance. Customs can take any where from a week to over a month plus the time to ship. I also need time to make the item(s). International orders may incur customs taxes upon arrival beyond my control. Since this is merchandise, I cannot declare it as a gift or for a false value. It depends on the destination if you will be charged or not. These taxes go to your country for importing goods, not to Etsy or me the seller.

I purchased the d20 and the quality exceeded my expectations! I will eventually be getting the rest of the set. They are a little pricey, but after receiving it I totally understand why and will be happy to buy more!
