Highlights
REP ARES low row attachment fits over kick-plate bar to raise the height while doing rows. Each one is made to order and features a heavy duty stainless steel ball bearing/ aluminum pulley. I use 1/4" plate which is twice the thickness of conventional workout equipment to ensure reliability. The hardware is just as rugged with a grade 8 rating.
To use the attachment, attach a cable to the banana clip as you would for lat-pull downs (see photos). You will need to supply your own cable.
CABLE LENGTH: Its impossible to know the cable length, because the pulley needs to be set first. I recommend the type "c" adjustable, to ensure a perfect fit. The shortest option for the adjustable is 98". You will have to cut the extra off.
