At DRAWandCARE, we offer two options for ordering illustrations: a HANDMADE WATERCOLOR PORTRAIT that will be delivered to you physically, and a printable DIGITAL FILE.

It’s important to understand the difference: Handmade pet portraits, available in various sizes during the ordering process, are crafted using watercolor paints on high-quality watercolor paper. They will be dispatched to the address you specified after your approval of the photo proof. In contrast, digital artwork will be delivered in a downloadable file format, providing you with the flexibility to print it in your desired size at your convenience.

We’ll create your pet portrait within 3-4 business days. After your approval, we’ll promptly send it to your address with free worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by the country of destination (typically taking around 14-28 days). Please let us know if you need expedited shipping!

GIVE US SOME DETAILS:

1️⃣. Choose the number of pets you want included in the illustration.
2️⃣. Let us know if you would prefer a digital or physical watercolor portrait and select your desired size.
Also, specify which design you prefer: a framed illustration or an unframed pet portrait?
3️⃣. Send us high-quality photos of your pet via email (drawandcare@gmail.com), ensuring that your pet's face (or full body) is clearly visible from various angles. If you want a group of animals in the artwork, please send separate photos of each pet’s face and full body.
Remember, the better quality the photo, the more accurate the drawing will be.
4️⃣. If you choose a framed illustration, kindly select a frame color from the available options (natural wooden, white, or black).
5️⃣. Specify whether you want a half-body (portrait) or full-body (figure) pet illustration.
6️⃣. Would you like to add your pet’s name or any additional short text to the illustration?
Please note that all details are discussed before the work begins, and it's not possible to add a pet’s name during the drawing process.
7️⃣. Would you like to include any accessories or additional items such as collars, pet ID tags, clothing, hats, bows, scarves, favorite toys, etc.? If so, please send us a photo of the item you would like included (or just describe it).
8️⃣. If you would like to receive your watercolor portrait physically, please provide us with your delivery address, along with a valid phone number and email address.
9️⃣. Need your pet portrait urgently? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Additionally, we offer the option to include a special personalized background in your artwork for an extra fee. The cost of the custom background will be determined by its complexity and level of detail. If you’re interested in adding a unique background to your piece, please inform us, and we will provide you with further information regarding pricing.

After we finish your handmade pet portrait, we’ll send you a photo for review before shipping it to you.
Once we complete your digital painting, we’ll provide you with access to it on Google Drive for easy downloading. The default file resolution is 300 DPI, but if you need a higher resolution, please let us know IN ADVANCE.

We offer two ordering options for illustrations: a handmade portrait in various sizes and a printable digital illustration.

The handmade portrait is created with high-quality watercolor paints on watercolor paper and will be physically mailed to you. On the other hand, the digital version is created using watercolor brushes in Procreate, allowing you to download and print it in your preferred size.

For our handmade watercolors, we provide two choices: a framed portrait and an unframed illustration.
If you opt for digital watercolor artworks, the default file resolution is 300 DPI. With a high-resolution file, you can print your image in any size and format you desire.

Our goal is to prepare a beautiful portrait for you as quickly as possible. Depending on the specifics of your order, it may take up to 3-4 working days to complete. However, during peak periods, such as holidays, it may take approximately 5-7 days to complete your order due to high demand. We will inform you in private messages if there is any delay, so there’s no need to worry.

If you require a faster turnaround time, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the time of physical shipment depends on the carrier.

For handmade illustrations, we will send you a high-quality photo via email or any convenient messenger in social networks for your review before shipping it to you once it is completed. After your final approval, the artwork will be delivered by postal services directly to your doorstep or PO box, regardless of your location in the world.

For digital artwork, we will provide you with access to it on Google Drive for easy downloading after it is completed. However, if you prefer to receive the file through another method, please let us know!

Please be aware that if you have selected a hand-drawn illustration, it is important to note that due to the characteristics of watercolor materials (such as the inability to layer or overlap extensively), only minor adjustments can be made.
Additionally, we do not redraw poses or other specific details, as all aspects of your artwork are confirmed by you during the communication prior to starting the work.

However, since we create our digital artworks using Procreate, you have the flexibility to request more different changes you desire. Please note that the agreed-upon poses of the depicted characters still cannot be altered once the artwork has begun.

Please send us high-quality photos through the Etsy chat or via email at drawandcare@gmail.com. Ensure that the face (or the entire body) is clearly visible from various angles. If you wish to include a group of people or animals, kindly provide separate photos of the face and full body for each individual.
In the case of an illustration with a background, please share a photo of your preferred background. If you don’t have a photo, a description will suffice.
For illustrations featuring houses or cars, kindly ensure that you provide a high-quality photo taken in good lighting.
