Customer service was top notch!! Owner worked with me due to my logo not wanting to cooperate with her program. I receive my item’s within a couple days after being shipped. I absolutely LOVE my display. Only reason why it’s a 4 star instead of 5 it’s because it is NOT wind resistant. I was taking pictures and the wind blew and the whole thing fell over knocking off the earrings and of course the display fell apart.

So glad you like your display - I do state in the item description that these will need to be used with weight on the back stability bar . I use these at all my shows and place a gallon sized ziplock bag filled with dry rice and drape it over the back stability bar and I’ve never had issues . When I’m in a very windy venue I may double up on the weighted rice bags just to be safe .
