can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you can’t cancel your order after you ave placed your order on Etsy. Creating an inventory of hand painted and embroidered totes takes a lot of effort and time. Please don’t disappoint us and ensure you are 100% ready to place an order.

Will the paint fade if I wash the tote?

No. Our totes are hand painted so they need to be hand-washed carefully. They are further sealed by varnish which prevents the paint from fading. So no need to worry. Hand washing won’t fade the paint.

Do you make customized designs?

Yes, we do. We do selective customization. By this we mean, we customize only those designs which are distinctive and personal in their own nature. We help the customer in choosing design and text which can add an authentic touch to their design. We don’t cater to designs that aren’t originally theirs to avoid plagiarism.

What other products do you have apart from hand painted totes?

We have embroidered tote bags and painted canvas wall hangings.

What is your tote size?

The standard size is 14 by 15 inches. We also have 13.5 by 17.5 inches.
