Some of the items in my shop can be customized. Please contact me for details if you wish something specially made for you :) Although I will do my best to ship your order wothin 3 days. Custom and personalized order may take couple of days extra to be completed but if any major delay occurs, I will contact you ASAP to let you know.

All sizes and measurements are given both in inches and cm.

Please remember that as I am shipping from Poland, Europe, the estimated delivery times are as followed: - standard shipping to Europe (NO FULL TRACKING) €5.90, USA €6.50 delivery time: Europe 4-10 working days, worldwide 2-5 weeks - global express shipping - door-to-door tracking - €9.50 extra delivery time: Europe 3-7 days, worldwide 4-12 working days If you chose a standard shipping option, please have in mind that the USPS or Canadian post office do not update the tracking info. So the last tracking update you will see is the date the parcel leaves Poland. If You don't receive your parcel within 3 weeks, please contact your post office. You will most likely need to sign at delivery, so if you miss the postman, collect the parcel.

What is th efastest shipping option?

To have your parcel delivered within a few days, please choose a courier option. Choosing the courier, please choose the one that is correct for your country. In case there is no courier option for your country, plese contact me via message to seller. Choosing the courier shipping option means you need to message me a phone number for the courier - this is obligatory. Courier shipping is fully trackable. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.

Can I return the item?

Return Policy We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, items may be returned under the following conditions: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition it was received. An original receipt of purchase must be included in the return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. A valid tracking number must be provided for all returns to ensure the item arrives safely. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the item price (excluding shipping). Please feel free to contact us before returning
