US Shipping & Customs 2025

US orders are shipped via registered mail. Since orders are sent in flat envelopes, extra fees or customs are very unlikely. In case that customs duties, taxes, or fees apply, they are the buyer’s responsibility. If an order is refused due to unpaid fees, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Estimated shipping times

Germany (domestic): 2-5 business days Europe: 2-14 business days, depending on the country United States and Canada: 1-4 Weeks * Rest of the world: 3-5 Weeks Delivery might be faster if tracked shipping is chosen at check-out. * Registered mail is treated as highly secure but low-priority mail, which means that processing takes longer in both Germany and the US. For registered mail shipments: if a package is returned because it wasn’t collected, the shipping fee won't be refunded. I’ll gladly refund the product cost, and I’m happy to reship your order with a new shipping fee if you’d like.

No delivery to Packstationen, parcel lockers and similar pickup stations

Orders are sent via letter-mail, which can't be delivered to Packstationen, parcel lockers or their international equivalents. Exception: International orders with the tracked shipping upgrade which will be sent via DHL package.

Can I resell your products? Do you offer wholesale?

No. All of my products are strictly intended for personal use only. Commercial resale, distribution, or reproduction of my items without my written permission is not allowed. Right now I’m unable to offer wholesale, as I’m a one-person business and also manage a chronic illness.

Shipping Status has not updated

International registered mail does not leave Germany in strict order. Shipments are loaded onto flights based on available space, so some items may depart earlier than others even if they were sent later. This is normal and does not indicate a delay or problem. Registered mail is handled as High Security but Low Priority item, which means handling takes longer in both Germany and the USA.
