Care instructions will vary depending on the specific rug you purchase. We add a care instruction card in the package. You need to wash it in cold water, short and sensitive program.

The production time varies depending on the rug and the quantity ordered, but on average it takes 1-3 business days to manufacture and ship your rug. Shipping time may vary depending on your location. However, it has an average of 3-5 business days to be received.

We offer you a total of 3 different “Rug Quality”. Each Quality has its own advantage of usage such as thickness, surface, weight and budget. You can see the difference between the “Qualities” both at the listing pictures and in the following:

Our rugs are digitally printed with OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT certificated antiallergenic inks.

“Fabric Quality” has fabric surface with 1150gr weight per 1 square meter. It has nonslip cotton and polyester mixture back-sole.
“Straight Quality” has straight surface with 1600gr weight per 1 square meter. It has cotton back-sole. It is not machine washable. Good for abstract and retro style designs.
“Ultra-Soft Quality” has 1.5mm piles which makes it plush. Also, it has a 2.5mm inner foam for the softness. It has nonslip cotton and polyester mixture back-sole. It is thickest among other qualities. It has 1650 weight per 1 square meter. This quality is much thicker and luxury among other rugs at the market.

There is 5% size tolerance which is occurred because of the stitching. Also, there may be a small color tolerance between the real rug and the rug at the listing. The color of the rug at the listing may change monitor to monitor that is screened. As an example, the color may vary for the phone and the computer monitor. It is related to the technical features of the monitor.
