I would like to sell items I made using your patterns. Do I need a license?

No license is required, as long as you are the one sewing the items (you may not outsource to a manufacturer or otherwise mass produce the items). We fully support small handmade companies! Please share your work to make sure we see it and we always appreciate when you can tag us #heidiandfinn

Can I share the PDF pattern?

Sharing is not allowed. Each PDF must be purchased individually and cannot be transferred to another person. If people are interested in using the Heidiandfinn patterns you have, please direct them to our website.

Do the pattern pieces include seam allowances?

Yes, they do. Generally, all clothing patterns are sewn with a 3/8” seam allowance, and all toy patterns are sewn with a ¼” seam allowance. They are listed in the individual pattern instructions as well as on the pattern pieces.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of the PDF sewing patterns, a refund is not possible. However, we understand that mistakes happen, so please contact us as soon as possible, (preferably BEFORE you download the pattern) in order to figure out a solution.
