Before any artwork is complete, you will pay a £10.00 deposit. This covers the initial artwork that is then sent over to you as a proof. 

Should you decide to cancel after receiving your proof, that is absolutely fine. You are not obligated to continue with your purchase. However the £10.00 will be non-refundable due to the time taken to create your design.

If Olivean have made an error, I will of course rectify this right away. However certain things are not covered:

- Approved Errors
While every effort is made to ensure that there are no errors in your design work (for example, typos), final proof checking is ultimately the customers responsibility. 

However if you do spot any errors after print, Olivean will work with you in reprinting at a discounted rate. 

- Colour not as expected?
Olivean cannot accept responsibility if the printed colour isn't as it appears on the screen. This is because all monitors display colours differently, and may not accurately display the final colour. 

Due to the above, we always recommend ordering a sample invitation set/colour chart.

If you have ordered a non-custom print, Olivean will be able to offer a full refund (minus delivery costs). This is providing the print is returned to us in the same re-sellable condition that it arrived in, and within 30 days. Once the item is received, the refund will be processed.
