I really appreciate the thorough list of foods. Most of the charts online are very limited. However, I do want to point out that while eliminating high fodmap foods can be important, there are many low fodmap foods that are known to also cause digestive issues. (As an example, I cannot eat green peppers or tomatoes, even though they are low fodmap. They are nightshades which give many people problems). The long list of foods, though, gives me many more options to choose from so that my diet does not have to be so limited. It is well worth the money. It is also sorted well and easy to read, making it easy to find out if a food or ingredient is low fodmap. I think it's going to be a very helpful list.
