The pyjamas were delivered earlier than the date I gifted them. Once opened as a birthday gift it was clear I had received the short version instead of the long bottoms as I had originally ordered. The pyjamas themselves are of a lovely quality and the design is as pictured. However, unfortunately the communication on trying to rectify an incorrect order was poor with the seller saying they would respond to me the next day and then hearing nothing from them. As beautiful as the items are it is only due to Etsy’s customer service that this situation was rectified.

The customer was explained why a return could not be provided. This was because photos requested of the items showed tags removed and also beyond return window, which meant that they were accepted and likely used for the 2 months the customer had. Also with no tags it cannot be proven this product was dispatched by Twain. Therefore I was not satisfied accept a return to refund. ETSY refunded the customer instead. Customers please ensure to read return policy.
