How long does it take for my order to ship? Since we produce each item on-demand, depending on how busy our shop is, it may take 2-5 days to finish producing your order. However, typical processing time is 1-2 days on regular production days. Once we ship your order, it will typically take another 5-8 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Please note that during high volume season(s), orders may take longer to process. Currently there may be postal delays due to COVID-19 measures, so please be wary!

How can I track my order? An automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. This email is separate from your order confirmation email and will be sent out once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam/junk folder for this notification, as it can sometimes end up there due to different mail servers. If, for some reason, you have not received your tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please send us an email at info@kittie-treats.com so we can look into it.
