Where do I find my files to download?

When you purchase a digital printable item, you will be sent an email with a link to download the file(s). Once your payment is complete, you will be able to download your files directly from your Etsy account. Go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Your order should be listed. To the right of the order, click Download Files. Most customers receive their digital download purchase within minutes after the payment is processed. If you don't see the email, please check your spam/junk folder!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital/printable products, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Having said that, if you receive your order and you don't absolutely love it, please message me with any concerns and I will work with you to make you 100% happy. Spreading love and joy is my goal and I hope my customers live by the same motto.

Are there limits to how many times or how long I have to download the files?

No, you are free to download/print the pages as many times as you need.

Will my digital purchases also be mailed to my home?

No, any digital purchase from my shop will not be physically mailed out.
