• RETURN POLICY •

We only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for products purchased by mistake. Sizes ordered incorrectly will also not be refunded. We make everything on demand, which means that in case of size exchange, a completely new product must be made.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. The items must be returned in the same condition as recieved and show no sign of damage or wear. Please contact us before shipping anything back!
