How can I use my candle?

Candles are sold as decorations only. If you make the choice to light your candle, you agree to being held responsible for its safety & removing all flammable materials before lighting while keeping candles away from drafts, children, pets, curtains, etc. You agree that Cesarah's Spooky Shop and affiliates are not held liable for any & all disasters, health concern, sickness, incidents, fire, property/personal damage, etc. By purchasing, you agree to take full responsibility for any & all purchases or results of any items from this shop.

Candles from Cesarah’s Spooky Shop are not to be re-sold. I do offer a bulk order discount for orders containing 20 or more candles. If you are interested in a bulk order, message me for the discount code before ordering :)

Damage | Lost Packages

All orders are wrapped thoroughly to make sure they make it during transit, but I do understand that things happen! If an item in your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me with photos of your package & item and I will send a replacement! Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it is being delivered. Please have a secured location for mail & bringing it in on time. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and I am unable replace the package if it is stolen. However, I will assist you in reporting the lost package to USPS!

Summer Shipping Policy

Thermal packaging is used during the summer months to keep candles and wax melts cooler. It is still important to watch tracking so that you know when your package is expected to arrive. Candles and Wax Melts that are left in direct sunlight or in hot areas may melt.
