Made from a high fired premium quality stoneware clay and lovingly hand painted. These mugs are microwave, dishwasher and food safe! However, for longevity of your pieces, we recommend that you hand wash your piece to maintain its original appearance.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of ceramics, the dimensions and the exterior underglaze will be subject to small variations and that minor imperfections are to be expected.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES: All sales are considered final. Our products are 100% handmade and as with all handmade items, small imperfections are to be expected. 
Each item is inspected for any defects and any noteable defect will be described in our listings. 
We love our pieces and we take the utmost care and properly package our pieces. However, we acknowledge that we have no control over our items once it has been sent for delivery. 
if your item is broken upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours and send us photos of the broken item and the packaging. we will work together to find a solution, whether it be issuing a refund (excluding shipping) or sending you a replacement based off availability. As some of my pieces are unique, your replacement might not be exactly the same as the original ordered, but I will do my best to find a solution that works for us both. Where a replacement piece is not readily available, it may take up to 6 weeks  to recreate the piece.

SHIPPING: As someone who values sustainability, I want to make sure that my business protects our environment as much as possible, so your pieces may be protected using recycled bio fill, bubble wrap or shredded paper.
This decision not only helps us reduce our impact on the environment, but also helps us minimise the costs of shipping out to you from our little city in Australia.
Your order will be shipped by Australia Post. All postage will include tracking.
