Received Damaged Products

Any damage claims will be handled on a case by case basis. If your order does arrive damaged, take photos right away and notify us. Partial compensation, full compensation or a replacement will be issued, depending on the circumstance. No compensation will be given without photos of damage. REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE MADE IF THE CUSTOMER NOTIFIES SACREDBOUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEIR ORDER

Returns and Replacements

Returns will only be accepted if the customer notifies SacredBound within 3 days after receiving their order, and ships return within 7 days of receiving their order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom Orders can not be returned. Original Packaging required with returns, and product must be received in resellable condition. IF A RETURN IS NOT SHIPPED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECIEPT, QUALIFIES ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER AS IS REPLACEMENTS ARE SENT UPON RECEIPT OF RETURN.
