What if a ring I love isn’t available in my size on your Etsy?

I can make my designs in any ring size. If the ring size is not in the list, contact us and we'll custom make it for you! Please note that on the listings all rings are priced up until size 10. Any ring over that size will be priced individually and you will have to contact me so we can work out the details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free for all of the items in my store and I use DHL First Class Mail with a tracking number. During the Holidays I will ship no later than the next business day after the order is received. if its urgent you can upgrade to Fedex shipping that takes 1-2 business days, available at checkout. Please note that you may be charged taxes by your country's customs, please check this before you purchase. Like all my designs this ring will be sent in a special gift box.

How long can I expect before receiving my eagerly anticipated Gispan Diamonds package?

For most destination it takes 3-6 business days to arrive excluding customs delays. If your order is urgent, you can upgrade to Fedex shipping at check-out, which typically takes 1-2 business days. * Please note that you may be charged taxes by your country's customs, please check with your local tax authority before you make a purchase.*

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All of my orders will be sent in a special Custom gift box.

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?

Your satisfaction is very important to us! We stand behind our pieces 100% and will work with you to rectify any concerns you have about the jewelry you’ve received. However, because our merchandise is fine jewelry and requires personal sizing, we are not able to issue full refunds. Our policy requires a message notification within 3 business days of receiving an order that does not meet your satisfaction. For damage incurred during shipping, please refer to our shipping policy. We are always willing to work with our clients to ensure they are completely in love with their jewelry.

I accept several payment methods including PayPal and e-transfer. Through PayPal you are able to pay via credit or debit card without having a paypal account.
