If we dispatch you order within the scheduled time given at the checkout from Etsy, we are not at fault if your order does not get to you in time for your occasion. We will not refund you. We advise all customers to order early to avoid disappointment. We do offer a next day delivery service (Tracked 24) if you would like to get your item sooner, however this is sent with Royal Mail so the delivery is NOT guaranteed. Our turnaround time still applies.

Returns & Exchanges Because our items are personalised and made to order, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a fault. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can help resolve it quickly. Should a return be agreed, the item must be sent back in its original, unused condition. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Thank you for understanding — we take great care with every order and want you to be happy.
