Where can I find my digital print after purchase?

🍒 You can access your purchase via "https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases" on desktop only, not mobile. To do so, follow these directions: 1. Go to your Etsy homepage 2. Click your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of your browser 3. Navigate to "purchases" and click 4. You're in! Scroll down and find your latest purchase from GS Print Shoppe 5. When you find the order you are looking for click the black button that says "Download Files" 6. Done! Please access your digital files through this route and contact Etsy support if you are having issues gaining access to your Etsy account.

How do I print this artwork?

Can I print these at home?

🐬 For printing at home, use good quality card or art paper. Use Satin or matte paper and heavy weight paper. However, printing at home can be tricky unless you have a specialized printer, so we would recommend taking your file / sending into a retailer to print.

Can I ask for a custom size?

No problem. Purchase an existing option, then message me with your size requirements. We'll create a custom file for you within 24 hours.

Ah! I ordered the wrong print!

For digital downloads: The shop follows Etsy's guidelines and, due to the nature of these products, does not refund digital products, including those that are ordered on accident or in personal error. For physical items: Each physical item is made to order so the shop does not issue returns or exchanges for products ordered on accident or in personal error. Of course, if your physical product arrives damaged or incorrect we will make it right within 30 days of purchase! Simply reach out via message.

I ordered a set of three prints but only received a text file.

Inside the text file, you will find a download link. Simply copy and paste the link into your browser to access my Google Drive, where you can download the print files. This is because the files are too big to be downloaded directly from Etsy.
