How do I clean my table runner?

The easiest way to clean table runners and toppers is to simply vacuum them! If a deeper cleaning is needed, table runners, table toppers and mug rugs can all be washed in the washing machine with cold water. Lay flat to dry to avoid shrinkage, as my runners are made from 100% cotton fabrics.

How do I wash my quilt?

Quilts can be washed in the washing machine in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. It is normal for a quilt to "pucker" during the first washing/drying, this gives the quilt that cuddly, wonderful look of a quilt. Because my quilts are made from 100% cotton fabrics, you can expect the quilt to shrink approximately 1 to 3 percent the first time it is washed.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, I gladly combine shipping costs! Many times, Etsy overcharges for shipping, especially on multiple items and fabric yardage. Any overages over $2.50 will be promptly refunded. If you would like a specific shipping quote for combined items, please contact me prior to purchase.

How are your items quilted?

I use a longarm quilting machine for larger items. The quilting is completely hand-guided by me, not computerized. Smaller items are quilted on my domestic Bernina sewing machine. I hand sew all my bindings, while this is very time consuming, it makes for a professional and clean appearance for the finished item.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Due to copyright law, PATTERNS AND PATTERN BOOKS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Fabric yardage that as been cut from the bolt MAY NOT BE RETURNED. If you are unsure and are trying to match color, please contact me for a swatch. Items that have been custom ordered may not be returned unless damaged or defective.

What if I want to return an item?

To initiate a return, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item (7 days for international orders). If approved, the buyer must ship the item back to me within 7 days of delivery, and is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items returned in accordance with these policies will be refunded the original purchase price, less shipping fees.

What if I don't receive my order?

Please make sure the address you provide is correct. Any additional charges incurred due to an incorrect address are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid before the order will be re-shipped. Shipping times vary. Since I don't have any control over the postal service, I cannot guarantee shipping times. A package must be declared to be "lost" by the USPS before a refund will be issued. If you don't have your package after it has been marked "Delivered", it may have been stolen. You will need to work with the Postal service and local police to resolve the matter; I am not responsible for stolen packages. For International orders that were insured, there is a 30 to 60 day wait before a claim can be filed.

What is a Digital Quilt Pattern?

A digital quilt pattern is a pattern that is converted to PDF file format and available for download. There is no waiting for the mail and no shipping costs! The pattern, once downloaded can be viewed and printed at your leisure using Adobe Reader.

Will you resize a pattern for me?

No, our quilt patterns have the available sizes listed in the product description and cannot be altered on demand. Many of our patterns do include multiple sizes. How do I download my PDF quilt pattern?
