It’s a natural process and the extent and speed at which it happens is determined by a combination of these factors. As this cannot be monitored or controlled once it has left the workshop, I do not offer replacements or refunds for items that have tarnished when in possession of the customer. I recommend taking these steps to keep your jewellery at it’s best:

Take the jewellery out of the box and place in the sealed plastic bag provided. Store it out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

Avoid contact with water and beauty products (moisturisers, fake tans, perfume etc).
