Undelivered/lost items

**Important Information** Under consumer rights you have up to 30 days to contact me If you item has not been delivered to you or you believe it has been lost in the post. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can ask the seller to deliver the item again if the item wasn’t delivered either: by an agreed date or within a reasonable time - usually within 30 days. After the 30 days has passed the seller no longer needs to action a redelivery or refund if no contact has been made within that 30 day period.

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery date is when your order is most likely to arrive and not a guarantee on an actual arrival date. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered (how long it takes the seller to create and prepare them for shipment), and the transit time (how long the package is typically in transit with the shipping carrier).

Can I print my digital print on any paper or canvas? Yes! You can print your digital print on any paper or canvas that is compatible with your printer or print shop. We recommend using high-quality paper or canvas to ensure the best possible results. Use Satin or matte paper and heavy-weight paper. Can I sell or distribute the digital file I purchase? No. Our digital prints are for personal use only. You may not sell, distribute, or reproduce the digital file in any way. Copyright of the artwork remains with the artist.

Returns Right to return items (Right of withdrawal) Under the EU and UK’s distance selling laws, buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days. This 14-day period will start the moment you, the customer receives your product, rather than at the time he or she purchases it. Within this 14 day time frame, you can can change your mind and return products without providing a reason. As a Seller I clearly state here that you have 14 days to contact me about returning an item. I do not need to accept returns after this 14 day period.
