If you purchased as a "Guest" Etsy will send an automated email containing your download link to your files to your email. If you don't see the Etsy email, check your spam or junk folder. Also check your Gmail's Social and Promotions tabs as well. Adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book will help you find these emails in the future.

Where can I find my Purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com on your browser and go to "Your account" Go to "Purchases and reviews" Next to the order, select Download Files. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.
