My first order was beautiful but arrived broken. One of the moonstones was broken in half. I asked for a replacement, and they said they would send it if I made another order. So I did, I ordered the exact same thing. That second order arrived with noticeably smaller stones. I even measured to make sure I wasn't being crazy, and they were 3-4 mm smaller. And no blue flash at all in any of the stones, which I expect a couple of the moonstones to not be flashy, but these just look like glass even with a black background. I reached out again and they responded that if I order from them again, I will get quality. But I'm honestly feeling too cheated to want to order from them again. I was polite and patient with them while communicating. And they were pleasant enough as well. But the quality was just not there for me.
