When can I ask for a refund?

There are several situations where you can decide to ask for a refund: ⭐Package unclaimed at the postal service. If you forget to pick up your package it will stay deposited to your local postal office for a specific time, then it will be returned to sender, and this depend by you. In this case, you can ask for a partial refund for the price of the jewel/jewels purchased. Shipping costs are not refundable. ⭐Order not shipped yet. Request cancellation within 24h of purchase. ⭐Package lost. After assured the package is lost by the postal service, you'll obtain full refund or replacement at my expense. ⭐There are a number of cases that we can discuss together, so don't worry and contact me first, we will find the best solution!:)

IMPORTANT: Effective August 29, 2025, there will no longer be a de minimis exemption for goods entering the United States, which means more items shipped to the US may now be subject to tariffs. Shipments to US are regular with private couriers, but when a package arrives in the US, Customs may contact the buyer for paying small tariffs, import duties and taxes. Be aware of this when ordering.

International Shipments

⭐ I ship worldwide to most countries. You can check the individual listing page for details and shipping prices for your country. ⭐ Please note that international packages may be held in Customs inspection. You can contact your country's postal service for more informations. I am not held responsible for this delay. ⭐ I ship worldwide via DHL/UPS Express/FedEx. DHL, UPS and FedEx are not able to ship to P.O.Box or APO/FPO, so please leave a physical address for delivery. Remember to leave your PHONE NUMBER required by courier for an easier delivery.

DHL and other private couriers require phone numbers, why?

⭐ I ship via private couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to many countries around the world, and these couriers require receiver's phone number. This is useful in case of necessity to contact the receiver (wrong/incomplete adrress, receiver not at home etc.) and it is also useful for the receiver to customize the delivery, such as to authorize delivery without signature or for other delivery options. Please, be sure to leave your phone in your note of order or check your Etsy convo because I always contact my customers asking for their phone numbers to leave to couriers. Thank you! ⭐

Chain Types: Gold Plated, Gold Filled or Vermeil Gold?

⭐GOLD PLATED has a base of some other metal, such as brass, covered with a thin layer of gold with electroplating. It can tarnishes easily. ⭐VERMEIL GOLD is sterling silver electroplated with a thin layer of gold, at least 2.5 m. It can tarnishes. ⭐GOLD FILLED has a much thicker layer of gold over the base metal. This makes a big difference in terms of the jewelry’s ability to resist wear and tear long term. A thick layer of gold is bonded to another metal, usually brass. The gold layer is 5% of the total weight. Gold-filled jewelry is a great economical alternative to solid gold. If taken care of, it can last as long as solid gold and won’t tarnish or rub off; however, gold-filled jewelry does require more maintenance than solid gold.

🎄Christmas Deadlines🎄

⭐You know this is the most intense period of the year, especially for artisan like me who work and run a business alone. To ensure that packages are delivered quickly, I'm working non stop on making your jewelry and doing my very best to ship it out asap, but for all the orders placed after Dec. 7 I can't 100% assure delivery in time for Christmas, couriers are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability. I appreciate your patience and remain committed to delivering the holidays to you.

I love it so much!! It's so original, well made and gives me the right ancient greek or roman vibe. The chain is high quality steel, which is great. And my husband likes it too! :)
