I opened my Photoshop file and the video is not playing, what can I do?

It is likely that mp4 file in the mockup hasn't been relinked to the new destination folder. To do this: 1) Click on the layer with the video in the timeline. 2) On the left of the timeline there is an film icon. Click it and select "replace footage" 3) Navigate to the folder where you downloaded the files from the link provided 4) Now footage should play fine

Where do I find step by step guide on how to use your mockups?

Do your mockups work in Canva?

Currently my mockups DO NOT SUPPORT Canva. However you can use a trial of Photoshop to export your mockups and cancel after 14 days.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Etsy does not allow returns on instant digital downloads because the files are delivered immediately on purchase. That said, if something is not working, a file will not open, or the product is not what you expected, please message us before anything else. We would far rather fix the problem than have you walk away unhappy.

Can you provide me with a receipt for tax purposes?

ETSY issues receipts separately and you will get it along with your purchase.

The video is not playing and I have an error popup similar to "was unable to replace footage as file is unrecognised format". What do I do?

This error usually happens to mostly MAC users. Please try this: 1. Click settings. 2. click security and privacy 3. scroll to full disk access 4. click the plus sign ( you have to click the lock in the bottom left corner to allow changes) 5. after clicking the plus sign a new window will open, click applications in the left sidebar 6. Find photoshop and click it, then click it again and hit open to add it to your list.

Check the individual listing description to see exactly what is included before purchasing. The artwork shown in the preview images is not included. Only the mockup files are delivered.

How do I place my design into the mockup?

Open the PSD file in Photoshop or Photopea.com (free, browser-based, no account needed). Find the smart object layer, usually labelled "Your Design" or similar, and double-click it. A new window opens. Paste or drag your artwork in, save and close that window, and your design will appear correctly placed and in perspective inside the scene. Photoshop walkthrough is included with your purchase if you need a step-by-step guide.
