I purchased this bar set for a Christmas gift, unfortunately, due to craziness during the holidays, and the weather, my shipment never arrived. But....customer service was fantastic. They were in contact with me at all times and responded to my messages immediately. After waiting a few days, they issued a refund, and I received it within a few days.

It's a nice product but before Christmas it was priced at $248, on sale for $132. The sale price now is $65. If you can afford to sell it for $65 and make a profit, why was it ever priced at $248 to begin with? It's one thing to charge priority fees to quickly produce an item in time for a deadline or to charge expedited shipping costs to have an item delivered by a certain deadline, but jacking up the price of your product to capitalize on Christmas shopping isn't what I'd call a respectable business practice, therefore I can't recommend purchasing from this seller and I certainly won't be again.
