How long does it take to ship?

If all the products you purchased are in stock, they will be shipped within a week. If you have purchased [made-to-order] items, they will be shipped together after the item is completed. You can refer to the description of the item or send a message to inquire with the store owner for specific time.

Please refuse to sign and return to Italy (no postage required). If the courier signs for the damaged courier without permission, Please provide: 1. the buyer's local post office's complaint certificate. This must be noted on the delivery form (courier's Personal Digital Assistant). Delivery confirmation email/SMS or delivery note signed/sealed by the courier. 2. Photo of damaged goods in their entirety, and not just a small detail. The external packaging (box), including the shipping label. 3. The deadline to submit the claim is 7 days from the delivery date.

Import Duties for Non-EU Countries

Our products are shipped from Italy. Buyers outside the European Union are responsible for paying import duties, which are charged by local customs authorities (these are not shipping fees; shipping has already been fully paid by us). Please monitor the tracking information and pay the duties promptly. Import duties can be paid via the FedEx/UPS tracking link. The parcel will be delivered after the duties are paid. If payment is not made within the required time, the parcel may be returned or destroyed. As customs policies vary by country, we cannot estimate or collect duties in advance.
