Proofs are typically sent within a few days of placing your order. If there is a high volume of orders, expect some delay. I will ALWAYS send a proof of your personalized notecards so please do not worry.

Please note we use a courier system which delivers all our US orders to USPS directly. There is often a 2 day delay between our courier pick-up and drop-off to USPS since we are located in Canada. USPS will scan your order within 24-48 hours of drop-off and will arrive within 3-5 business days. If your order has already been shipped it cannot be refunded. If proofs were already sent but not yet processed and you wish to cancel after the fact, please note there may be a small penalty fee.
