We’re currently investing in our ability to design and print our own recycled fabrics as part of our future business plans. In the meantime, in the interest of reduced wastage and impact on the environment, we are only offering swimwear from our existing fabric inventory. If your size in showing as ‘Out of stock’ it is unlikely, but not impossible, it will be restocked any time soon; Our best advice remains if you see something you love to buy it now!

Absolutely you can. We are however unable to directly offer this option on our store’s listings so please send us the link to the item required and don’t forget to include the size needed. It is not always possible to accommodate some requests if we no longer have the fabric available, but we’ll do our best.

Unless it is only temporarily out of stock, it most likely means it’s sold out and we are unable to make any more. We do however carry a number of imperfect pieces of swimwear in former styles, designs and fabrics that are available upon request. Whilst these pieces haven’t quite met our quality control standards, we are happy to find them a new home, offered at a discount, to ensure we keep to our ethos of reduced wastage. We are delighted to offer customisation for our range of eco-friendly swimwear. This option allows for minor adjustments & fabric choice.

Examples include:
• Additional coverage. Such as wider bust pieces, extra high waisted bottoms and so on.
• Alternative fitting. E.g., Higher leg cuts, cheekier fits etc.
• Tall swimsuits to fit longer torsos.
• Head tie wraps for accessorising your look!
• Alterations to accommodate unique body shapes.
• See a fabric pattern you love but not available in the style you want? We are happy to oblige!

There is no additional cost for standard customisation.

Yes. We want everyone to love their bikiniboo swimsuit. You’re welcome to return for exchange or refund for any reason, subject to your purchase being un-worn and in original condition. Please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We’ll advise how to mark your parcel and the best method of return; please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued. Refunds of shipping costs paid are subject to selling regulations based upon your locality, where applicable, refunded shipping costs will be at the ‘standard’ rate only.
Returns are required to be received within 21 days of notification.

With over 9 years’ shipping experience, orders are despatched with reliable, tried & tested services and carriers around the world. Packages comply with local custom regulations (e.g. Norwegian parcels display VOEC number).
Orders to Nordic states are tracked & delivered to a nearby pick up shop.

As a general guideline, delivery takes 2-3 days* (UK), 5-7 days* (Western & central EU), 10-12 days (Southern, Eastern Europe & North America) 12-15* days (Rest of the World). Please allow up to 3* days for us to process your order. (*Business days).

Whilst we offer a choice of shipping options to fit everyone’s budget, 'Standard' shipping for most international orders, with the exception of Canada, Mainland Spain, Italy, Greece and Nordic States (Denmark/Norway/Sweden/Finland), is a none tracked service.
We recommend for your peace of mind to always select the shipping upgrade to a tracked service.
You’ll find your tracking number and any instructions on how to follow your parcel on the order page and dispatch notification you receive from Etsy when we ship your order.

If you’ve moved home but have not updated your address with your payment provider, your old address is often the default when you checkout. In such circumstances, please contact us immediately and before we ship your order. We are obligated under Etsy’s ‘terms of use’ to ship to the address provided with your order.
