Antique Copper French Daubiere / Casserole Pot with Original Lid.
This antique French daubiere has been artisan made/Hand made with dove-tailed seams.
Solid copper with tin inside both the pot and lid, Inside the pot it has thinned with age.
The handle is made of metal, probably Iron with Copper rivets.
The lid handle is solid bronze with copper rivets and fits tightly,
Stamped C P on the side of the pot and on the top of the lid.
