My Custom Pet Portraits are 100% hand painted from your photos. We all love our fur babies and what better way to capture their personality than a hand painted portrait. All of my portraits and artwork are completely hand painted by me. I do not use computer/digital imaging or preprinted canvas. I draw the image of your pet based on the photos you provide then use professional heavy body acrylic paints to complete your pet portrait. I love to focus on the head and shoulder in the paintings to capture the personality and expression.

Custom pet portraits make wonderful, unique gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, housewarming gifts, hostess gifts and memorial gifts.

To order your hand painted custom portrait from your photo use the drop down menu to see sizes and pricing. If you prefer a size that is not listed, please reach out to me. Prices listed include shipping. Please message me with any questions you may have.

Here is how the process works:
1. Ideally, I would like 3 - 4 clear photos of your pet’s head and shoulders for me to use to create your custom portrait.
2. After you have placed your order, I will need you to email photos to scvoelker [!at] icloud.com along with your preferred background color and any special instructions you may have (do you want the collar included? Add a tag with pet’s name? etc)
3. After I receive your photos, I will verify your preferences and answer any questions you may have.
4. Once your portrait is finished, I will email a photo for your approval and make any changes needed. Once I have your approval, I will ship your painting .

Typically, I will have your portrait completed and shipped within 2 weeks and often times earlier. Rush orders are available for an additional $30. Turnaround time often vary based on the number of orders I am working on. Please message me if you need it by a specific date.

Paintings are done on a stretched canvas and the sides are painted with the background color. Portraits can be framed or hung unframed.
